Requirements:
-UPB 1.96
-a Java Enabled Browser

How to install:

1) place the following files in your forum's root dir:
   admin.php
   admin_chatconfig.php
   admin_chatconfigdo.php
   chat.php
2) place chatconfig.dat into your db directory

3) Chmod chatconfig.dat to 777

4) Load the admin panel and click "Chat Config"
5) Set all the variables and click edit.

Your done!  Launch the applet by clicking the chat 
link already in your header.

Notes:
this will overwrite the old chatroom.  To keep a 
backup of the old flash room, rename your original 
chat.php to chat.php.old and then upload the one 
that came with this mod
